    I worked for Personnel back in the day, and today's HR has these modules but as we know change is challenging even if the organization is trying to include the employees, employees are scared because they need their job to meet their basic needs. I think it would be awesome to work with an organization with these values listed above.

    HRM a system of better management of any organisation can't be static. The changes are acceptable according to the requirement of time and time management. There can be so many stakeholders in the organisation having different views about the services provided by the said organization. moreover, there comes new scenario in working style of a particular organisation and technology change may effect the existing HR practices. Some times new laws are introduced by the govt. to be implemented by each and every business set up becomes necessary for the HR Department to implement on the same analogy as it is being issued by the GOI or legislation in the interest of the employee as well as employer
