Alison Launches Redesigned Dashboard to Help Learners Stay on Track and Achieve Their Learning Goals More Easily

Tuesday, 2nd June 2026

GALWAY, IRELAND - 2026-06-02

Alison, one of the world’s largest free online empowerment platforms, has redesigned its Learner Dashboard to help people manage their learning journeys, monitor their progress, and make fuller use of the platform's free learning and career development tools.

The redesign was inspired by a simple insight: Learners should spend less time navigating and more time learning. By rethinking how key learning tools are organised and accessed, Alison has created a more intuitive experience that helps people stay focused on achieving their learning and career goals.

Learning Resources, Organised Around Learner Needs

The redesigned Dashboard introduces a more structured and intuitive way to access Alison's learning and career development tools.

Previously, course activity, assessments, statistics, and other resources were spread across multiple areas of the platform. The improved experience groups related features together, making it easier for Learners to find the tools and information they need at every stage of their learning journey.

A simplified navigation menu further enhances usability by creating clearer pathways to key resources and reducing unnecessary complexity.

A Clearer Path to Completing Courses

A new dedicated Courses and Certificates page brings together all courses currently in progress and completed courses in one easy-to-access location.

By giving Alison Learners a clearer overview of their activity, the new page makes it easier for them to track how far they have come and return to active learning. This page also shows how many courses a Learner is enrolled in, how many they have completed, their average completion rate, average course assessment score, and the total number of Certificates claimed.

From the Completed Courses tab on this page, Learners can easily add their completed Alison Certificates to their LinkedIn profile, or share them on social media.

Better Understanding of Personal and Professional Growth

The redesigned Dashboard also introduces a dedicated Stats and Activity page that provides Learners with valuable insights, including the number of skills they’ve developed, the total number of psychometric tests completed, and their current learning Streak. Furthermore, Learners can also see how their stats compare to fellow Alison Learners in their country.

Bringing these insights together empowers Learners to better understand their personal development while increasing visibility of the wider range of resources available to support their career growth. The result is a more complete picture of each person’s strengths, achievements, and future opportunities.

Improved Oversight of Assessments and Results

A new Psychometric Tests section provides a single destination for all psychometric assessments, including the English Proficiency Test, the Workplace Personality Assessment, the Welliba Mental Wellbeing Assessment, and Aptitude Tests (Verbal, Numerical, and Abstract Reasoning).

Learners can easily view tests that are available to take, access completed assessments, and see their results without having to search across different parts of the platform.

Stronger Learning Habits Through Timely Reminders

The redesign also introduces a dedicated Notifications and Study Reminders panel designed to help people maintain momentum. With Learners who set Study Reminders being 75% more likely to complete a course, the new Dashboard gives reminders more prominence.

By surfacing important updates, learning activity, and reminders in one place, the new functionality helps Learners stay focused and build sustainable learning habits over time.

Familiar Features, Integrated into a New Experience

Alongside the new Dashboard enhancements, Learners will continue to have access to popular features from the previous experience, including the For You page, Achievements, the Career Ready Plan, Personal Profiles, and the Resumé Builder.
