GALWAY, IRELAND - 2026-07-09
Alison has launched a feature that allows millions to save courses on its website, giving people a simpler way to bookmark what they are interested in and return to them when they are ready to enrol.
The new feature, added after requests from Alison Learners, lets people save courses directly from a course page and find them later in the Saved Courses tab of their Dashboard. The update went live on 3rd June and is already being used by thousands of Learners.
More Choice Without the Pressure to Enrol Immediately
With more than 6,000 courses available on Alison, Learners often explore several options before choosing what to study next. Previously, someone who found a course they liked had to enrol immediately or rely on finding it again later.
The ‘Save Courses’ feature changes that experience by giving Learners a practical way to keep track of useful courses while they compare subjects and decide which skill to build first.
The feature adds a save button to Alison course pages. Once selected, the course appears in the Learner's Saved Courses tab within their Dashboard, making it easier to return to a course without repeating the same search.
A Product Update Shaped by Learner Feedback
The release follows direct requests from Learners who wanted a way to save courses for later. Alison's product updates continue to focus on small, useful improvements that reduce friction for Learners and make the platform easier to use across everyday learning moments.
By helping millions keep hold of courses they are interested in, the Save Courses feature turns discovery into a more flexible process, especially for people who are actively exploring several learning paths before committing to one.
