Alison has introduced a new course content flagging system within its App, giving millions a quick way to highlight discrepancies, outdated information, or potential improvements while they learn.
The feature sits directly within the course learning environment, allowing Learners to flag something at the moment they notice it. Once submitted, the feedback is sent to Alison’s Publishing and Customer Support teams for review.
By shortening the distance between spotting a potential issue and bringing it to the attention of the relevant teams, the new system adds another layer to Alison’s ongoing processes to ensure course quality.
A Single Tap Sends Course Feedback to the Right Teams
Previously, identifying something that could be improved within a course and reporting it required a Learner to step outside the immediate learning experience.
The new system makes that process more direct. If someone comes across information they believe may be outdated, notices a discrepancy, or sees an opportunity to improve the content, they can flag it with the tap of a button without leaving the course environment.
The feedback is then brought to the attention of the teams responsible for supporting Learners and maintaining the quality of Alison’s published course content.
A Small App Feature With a Bigger Purpose
Course content does not stand still. Facts change, industries evolve, and the skills expected in the workplace change with them.
The new flagging system supports Alison’s wider approach to keeping its course library current, giving its teams another way to identify where content may need to be reviewed, updated, or improved over time.
