Rajiv is an experienced consultant with over 5 000 hours of facilitation and 2 000 hours of business coaching to his credit. His focus areas are leadership development, managerial capability building, organisational assessment, development and organiaational re-engineering and setting up world-class human resources (HR) processes and systems for SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and family-run businesses.
Rajiv has worked on diverse interventions in the area of setting up HR systems and processes, organisational culture transformation and establishing a competency frameworkfor leaders across the organisation. He has successfully facilitated and steered a number of such initiatives, along with leadership development and creating team-building curricula.
He uses his facilitation and training expertise as well as his experience in setting up HR systems and processes for over 30 organisations in India and the United Arab Emirates to design practicalcourses in the HR and leadership domain that match theory with practice, so that the students understand how these learnings can be implemented in a live situation.
