This module will introduce you to social work and its ethics, values and guidelines. You will gain knowledge of diversity and how it may lead to prejudices and biases in the workplace. Learners will be taught how to identify discriminatory behaviours, fix them and handle diversity complaints to establish equality in a work environment.
