By studying the course ‘Strategic Management – Implementing and Evaluating Strategy’ you will learn about the activities and choices required for effective implementation and evaluation of a strategic plan. At the beginning of this course, you will be introduced to the concept of implementing strategy. Diversification will also be discussed as well as the tools that can be used in this area such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis and Competition and Risk analysis.
