They are trying to implement it in several key areas, including HR operations. For any organization, employees are its core asset and resource. Without ensuring their well-being and happiness, no organization can move forward to compete with others. However, due to a recent surge in employee burnout rates and mass resignation movements, it becomes crucial to identify and mitigate these causative factors.

Fortunately, AI comes to the organization’s rescue here, and this discussion is the core theme of this course.
