This English course provides the necessary vocabulary for discussing politics and elections in this global language. The grammar section of this course identifies the three degrees of comparison when we use adjectives and adverbs to compare people and things. We explain the rules that govern the three degrees, including irregular adjectives and adverbs, and explore how to make comparisons using 'the,' 'than,' and 'as.' We illustrate how to intensify specific comparisons using qualifiers, modal verbs, and superlatives (absolute or extreme adjectives like 'best' or 'amazing'). The course also teaches you how to intensify comparisons further using repeated or double comparatives and multiple superlatives.
