Originally from Hong Kong, Corinna Wong spent eight years in England to carry out her studies. She studied the harp under the expertise of Barbara Sze who is the founder of Hong Kong Harp Academy, the adjudicator for the harp contest of the Macau Young Musicians Competition and the Hong Kong Harp Competition. She also teaches at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Education University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Music Office. Corinna obtained a distinction in two Diplomas in Music Performance at The Royal Schools of Music and The Trinity College London. She also completed a short course in performance psychology at The Juilliard School, USA.

Corinna plays at private events and five-star hotels. She also teaches harp at her own studio, local schools, music schools and music centres. She loves all her students and is proud of them when they win prizes at music competitions such as the Hong Kong Music Talent & Performance Award, Hong Kong Schools Music Award Competition, Joint School Music Competition, the Hong Kong International Music Festival Music Competition, St. Cecilia School of Music and Inter-School International Performance Challenge. She was given the Outstanding Educator and Best Teacher Awards at the HK Music Talent & Performance Award in 2020.She also arranges scores for 12- and 15-string harps and has published at least 10 books, which are excellent teaching material for baby harps.

Corinna enjoys teaching and performing. In addition to giving lessons, in 2018 she created her own channel on YouTube called 'babyharp x corinna' to promote the baby harp. With over 336 000 total views of her more than 100 videos, it has become one of the most popular sources of video reference for baby harp pedagogy repertoire.
