Mr. Elijah Pras has been managing projects, designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and conducting project evaluations since 2012. Elijah has previously to that worked as an ICT officer having obtained a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. With experience on various projects including Malaria prevention and treatment, HIV prevention, care and treatment, OVC programmes, teacher development, child labour mitigation, peer education, maternal and child health, micro-enterprise development, good governance and capacity building programmes for various donors including Amref Health Africa, Catholic Relief Services, and working with various Ministry of Health departments in Kenya. He designed, developed, implemented and managed or provided technical assistance to the management of the monitoring and evaluation of various projects in diverse conditions Rapado, Catholic Diocese of Homabay among others. Elijah has developed, managed and implemented databases to track the flow of information within complex, multi-layered projects, placing a specific emphasis on data quality. He conducted numerous data quality audits for Global Fund funded project in Kenya, the training of both project and community staff and the overall management of various projects. Mr Pras developed a variety of unique methodologies to ensure that data maintains its quality throughout the data management process to ensure maximum utility to donors, programme management, implementers and programme beneficiaries.
