My pilates journey started when I began suffering from back and shoulder pain and poor posture due to excessive working hours in front of my computer. Pilates helped me reduce and manage my pain, and it greatly improved my posture. My daily pilates exercises became so much more than just a daily fitness routine - it became a lifestyle. 

Pilates is my passion, and I want to share its benefits with people who suffer from body pain and bad posture to help them achieve and maintain their optimal mental and physical well-being. It’s made me stronger physically and mentally; it boosted my self-confidence and kept me fit and dynamic. 

I decided to take my passion to a professional level to help other people who suffer from muscle pain and bad posture. I developed my anatomy knowledge to understand better my body's functions and the reasons behind my back and shoulder pain. Now for me, the best way to start a day is simply doing Pilates!
