After you have completed your course, you can redeem your Certificate against your course and download it immediately.

Go to the Dashboard, choose Unclaimed Certificates:

If you have completed more than one course, you can choose which course you would like to redeem your purchase against.

You will be redirected to the shop where you can claim your Pre-ordered certificate and download the certificate.

You can download Certificates from My Certificates in your Dashboard, as shown in the example below:

You will then be able to download your Digital Certificate and Diploma.

Once you have completed your purchase, your Digital Certificate/Digital Diploma and Transcript can be downloaded from the Dashboard of your Alison Account.

Open My Certificates in your Dashboard, as shown in the example below:

You will then be able to download your Digital Certificate and Diploma.

To fully complete a course, you must study all sections of the course and score at least 80% in each assessment. Check you have completed all the sections in your course by looking for a green tick beside each completed section.

Once you have completed your course and passed your assessments, your Certificate will be available to purchase straight from the Shop.

How do I claim my Certificates?

All learning on Alison is free. After you complete a course, you are given the option to purchase a digital or printed version of your achievement.

Purchasing a Certificate is simple.

Step 1. Choose the Course

Start by going to the Shop. You will see a screen showing all your Unclaimed Certificates. Select the course you want to purchase a Certificate for.

Step 2. Check your name on the Certificate

Please double-check that your name is spelled correctly. If you double-check your spelling now, you'll avoid errors – and the extra costs of making corrections later on!

Just click on the Edit Your Name button to check and update your name:

Correct name and click Update:

Step 3. Choose the Certificate type

The next step is to choose the type of Certificate you want to purchase, as shown below. Don’t forget to add any discounts you have in this step before clicking the Next button.

Step 4. Payment method

The last step is to select your payment method. Depending on the purchased product, there are specific payment options.

Digital Certificate or Digital Diploma:

• ApplePay/GPay: Due to Apple and Google requirements, this is the only option for digital product purchases via the App.

If you don't have an ApplePay or GPay account, no worries! You can still purchase your Digital Certificate or Diploma. Just switch to the browser version and you'll be able to use other payment methods.

Printed or Framed Certificates:

• Credit/Debit Card: This is a quick and easy way to pay through the shopping cart in your Alison Account.

• PayPal: You will be redirected to the PayPal website to confirm your payment (if PayPal is operational in your country).

When you place an order for a printed or framed Certificate, please include your complete delivery address. Doing this will help us get your order to you in time. For optimal delivery, we recommend that you also provide a PO Box and Postcode.

You can continue any course you have enrolled in from your User Dashboard:

All your enrolled courses in the App can be found in the Current Course section on your Dashboard:

The first course you will see is the most recent course you have studied. Click the blue Continue Learning button to resume your course.

If you want to continue any other course, click the View My Other Courses button, as shown in the screenshot below:

Select the course you wish to continue, and click the Continue Learning button.

You can retake any module or topic anytime you want. The easiest way to do it is by opening the Module Tree.

Open the Module Tree by clicking on the module name as shown below:

After opening the list of modules and topics for the course, choose the module and topic you would like to study:

*The topics and modules that have a blue checkmark are the ones you have finished.

Finding the right course on Alison couldn't be simpler. You can do it in many ways:

• The simplest way to find the course: type the name of course you are looking for into the search box.

• Alternatively, choose the Course Category you interested in:

There are several search options that you can use:

• Search box

Type in the name of the Career you want to read about

• Search by category

Choose the category of the Career you are looking for:

Once you do, you will find a list of Careers under that category, as shown below:

Adding or changing your profile picture is an easy process and can be done in a few steps.

• Click on Dashboard at the bottom of the page.

• Choose Profile at the top of the page and Edit Profile, as shown here:

• To change your profile picture, select Change Profile Photo as shown here:

Once you have chosen the image you want as your profile picture, click on the Save Changes button.

At times, you may need to update the personal information in your Profile. You can access these settings at any time to update and confirm your information.

It’s easy to change your personal details in your account. Here’s how:

• Log in to your account.

• Click on Dashboard at the bottom of the page.

• Choose Profile at the top of the page and then select Edit Profile.

Save your changes by clicking the Save Changes button as shown here:

Making a study plan and sticking to it is the key to completing your course and getting certified. Set study reminders to help you stay on track.

You can access Study Reminders from your Dashboard:

To set up Study Reminders, simply click on the widget in your Dashboard. You'll be asked to choose the day of the week and time when you'd like to be reminded to study.

After you set it up, save your changes.

The Alison Learner Dashboard is the page where you can access information about your completed courses, courses in progress, purchased certificates, set study reminders and much more.

The first widget gives you the ability to return to any of your enrolled courses. You can resume your most recent course, or use the widget to explore other courses by clicking on View My Other Courses, as illustrated in the image below.

Just scroll down to search for your course:

Completed Courses

Forgotten a few things from a course you’ve completed? Don’t worry, it happens. You can easily find that course again and study it. Just check the Unclaimed Certificates widget, and you'll see all the courses you've completed.

Purchased Certificates

To see all your purchased certificates and download documents, you can check out the My Certificates widget:

On an Android device, the file will be saved to your “Downloads” folder. If you're using an iOS device, the file will be saved to the “Files” folder.
