For bulk certificate purchases of 5 or more certificates, invoicing is supported. Single certificate purchases cannot be manually invoiced and must be completed via self-service in the shop.

Yes. Annual plans renew automatically on their anniversary date unless you cancel before renewal. You will be invoiced for the next 12-month term. If you want to cancel or change your plan at renewal, contact our Learning Advisors or Customer Support before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

If your LMS+ subscription is cancelled or lapses, your account reverts to the Free LMS plan. You will lose access to LMS+ features including Groups, Content Hub, Psychometric Assessments, co-branded certificates, and Admin roles. Learner records and progress data are retained. However, any Content Hub files uploaded under LMS+ may be removed if your storage exceeds the Free LMS limit (which has no storage allocation). It is strongly recommended to export all reports and download any files you need before cancellation takes effect.

Your data is handled in line with Alison’s Privacy Policy and platform security controls. If you cancel the trial and do not continue onto a paid plan:

• Your LMS+ trial access ends at the end of the trial period.

• Any organisation-level LMS+ trial data (e.g., settings and any premium-only configurations or uploads) may be removed/deleted in line with the LMS+ trial terms.

• If you want to keep anything for records, it’s best to download/export reports and any uploaded files before the trial ends.

If you decide to cancel your LMS+ subscription, your organisation will automatically be downgraded to the FreeLMS plan at the end of your current billing period.

Your learners' records, course history, and progress are not deleted, but you will lose access to LMS+ features that are unavailable on the FreeLMS plan.

After your subscription ends, your organisation will no longer have access to features such as:

• Groups

• Content Library

• Psychometric Assessments

• Co-branded certificates

• Admin and Group Manager roles

• Other LMS+ features included with your subscription

Any certificates already stored in your Certificate Bank remain yours and can still be assigned after your subscription ends. However, future certificate purchases will be charged at the pricing available on your new plan, so any LMS+ bulk discounts will no longer apply.

If you've uploaded content to the Content Library, we strongly recommend downloading any important files and exporting any reports before your subscription expires. Since FreeLMS does not include Content Library storage, LMS+ content may be removed once your downgrade takes effect.

To upgrade from FreeLMS to LMS+:
