Monthly subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Your LMS+ access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are purchased as a 12-month commitment.

Once an annual subscription has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded before the end of the agreed contract term. Your LMS+ access remains active for the full subscription period.

If you're considering cancelling your subscription, we'd love the opportunity to understand why.

Our Support Team can discuss your training requirements, answer any questions, and help you identify the most suitable LMS+ plan for your organisation. If you still decide to cancel, we'll process your request without affecting your access until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription or move to a lower LMS+ plan:

1. Open Manage Your LMS+ Subscription.

2. Select Switch to a lower plan or Unsubscribe.

3. Choose the option you wish to proceed with and follow the on-screen instructions.

To upgrade from FreeLMS to LMS+:

1. Click LMS+ in the top-right corner of your LMS dashboard, or select Manage LMS+ from the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Choose the LMS+ plan that best suits your organisation.

3. Select either Monthly or Annual billing.

4. Complete your payment or request an invoice.

5. Once payment has been confirmed, your organisation will immediately gain access to your LMS+ features.

Subscriptions renew automatically on each billing anniversary unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If you wish to change your plan or cancel before renewal, please contact Alison Support before your renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

If your organisation requires an invoice before payment, this can also be arranged during the purchase process.

Invoices are automatically generated for all LMS+ subscription payments and can be accessed from your Billing page. Invoices are also available for bulk certificate purchases of five or more certificates.

Single certificate purchases are completed through the self-service shop and are not eligible for manual invoicing.

Alison is committed to supporting charities, non-profit organisations, and educational institutions.

If your organisation is a registered NGO, non-profit, or educational institution, please contact our Sales team to discuss the support and pricing options available.

For eligible NGOs and non-profit organisations, Alison can also remove the 10-learner limit on the FreeLMS plan upon request.

To activate your free trial:

1. Open the Explore LMS+ page.

2. Select Start Free Trial.

3. Enter your valid payment details.

4. Confirm your trial.

The LMS+ free trial is available once per organisation.

Your organisation is eligible only if:

• you are currently using FreeLMS;

• your organisation has never previously used an LMS+ free trial; and

• your organisation has never subscribed to LMS+ before.

If you've previously upgraded to LMS+ or already used a free trial, the trial option will no longer be available.

If you believe your organisation is eligible but cannot access the free trial, please contact the Alison Sales team for assistance.

Your access to LMS+ features continues until the end of the 30-day trial period.

If you choose not to continue:

• your account reverts to FreeLMS;

• organisation-level data and configurations that rely on LMS+ features (such as uploaded Content Library files and other premium-only settings) may be removed in accordance with the LMS+ trial terms.

If you wish to keep reports or uploaded content for your records, we recommend downloading or exporting them before your trial ends.

You can cancel your trial at any time before it expires.

To cancel:

1. Open Manage My Subscription from the Explore LMS+ page.

2. Click Cancel Free Trial.

3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your LMS+ features will remain available until the end of the 30-day trial period. After that, your organisation will automatically return to the FreeLMS plan.
