When you downgrade to a lower storage plan, you’ll be prompted to review your files and select which ones you want to keep in order to complete the downgrade. If you bypass deleting files during this process, you’ll receive additional prompts the next time you log in.. You’ll need to delete enough content to fit within your new plan’s storage limit before the downgrade goes into effect. If you don’t, the system will automatically remove files to bring your storage under the new limit.

Content library is an LMS+ feature which allows you, an Admin, to upload, host, and assign your own learning files, including videos, PDFs, and presentations. You can track learner engagement and progress on these files through your LMS dashboard.

Only LMS Admins can upload and assign files. Learners will only see files assigned to them in their dashboards.

You can only upload files in the Content Library section of your LMS Manager Dashboard. Files cannot be uploaded directly from/to learner profiles, group profiles, or other areas.

Currently, you can upload video files, PDF documents, and PowerPoint presentations. Other file formats aren’t supported at this time. If you’d like to upload content in other formats, please contact LMS+ Support.

Yes. You can preview any uploaded file (video, PDF, or PPT) directly from the Content Library by selecting Preview in the options menu. This lets you check that the file displays correctly before assigning it to learners.

No. Individual file uploads are not subject to a maximum size per file, and will be uploaded as long as it falls under the storage amount (depending on your plan). Your total storage capacity also depends on your LMS+ subscription tier.

Yes. You can monitor your storage usage in the storage widget on the Content Library page in the top right corner. Clicking it opens a detailed breakdown by file type.

You won’t be able to upload additional files until you delete files or upgrade your plan. A notification banner will appear, and you’ll be prompted to manage your storage or explore upgrade options.

Yes. Learners receive a notification when a Content Hub file is assigned to them. The file will appear in their Learner Dashboard under Additional Assignments, separate from their assigned courses and learning paths.

Team members will permanently lose access to this content. When deleting files manually, you’ll see a confirmation prompt to ensure you make a conscious and informed decision.

Team members will immediately lose access to any deleted files, and their progress on that content will be permanently lost.

No team members cannot see files uploaded on the manager’s dashboard, unless these files are specifically assigned to the team members. Once assigned, members can download the PDF, PPT or video from their dashboards.

Yes, user tracking is available for content uploaded by the admin. Unlike standard course completion, where there is progression through the course, there will not be a progress percentage associated with content you upload due to its structure. Instead, you will see whether each learner has attempted to view or complete an additional assignment on an individual basis.

In the Content Library page, each file’s card will display a team member icon and a groups icon. Clicking the team member icon opens a pop-up showing whether that specific learner marked the content as complete (for example, by scrolling through a PDF or clicking through a presentation). Please note that this information is available at the individual learner level and not as a consolidated report across all learners.

No. Embedded videos do not count toward your storage limit. You can embed as many videos as you need without using up your monthly plan’s storage capacity. Only uploaded files (video files, PDFs, and presentations) count toward your allocated storage.

When a team member clicks on a file to view it, the system marks the assignment as incomplete by default. Once the learner has opened and interacted with the file - such as viewing a video in the player, scrolling through a PDF, or clicking through a presentation - it will automatically update to complete. This applies to both uploaded and embedded videos. Learners will see the status reflected under the Additional Assignments widget in their dashboard, separate from regular courses and learning paths

Only the Super Admin can upload files to the Content Hub. Admins and Group Managers cannot upload new content. Group Managers can assign existing Content Hub files to their group but cannot add new files. If a Group Manager needs new content uploaded, they should request it from the Super Admin.

Not currently. Content Hub files can be assigned directly to learners or groups but cannot be added to Learning Paths. This is planned for a future update. For now, Content Hub assignments sit alongside Learning Paths and courses as separate items in the learner's dashboard.
