Alison Premium Adds Two New Features: an ATS-Friendly Resumé Template and Priority Support

Wednesday, 16th September 2026

GALWAY, IRELAND - 2026-09-16

Alison has added two new features to Alison Premium: a new ATS-friendly template in the Resumé Builder and priority customer support. Together, the upgrades are designed to help Premium Learners prepare for job applications more efficiently and get faster assistance when they need it.

The update brings Alison Premium closer to the point where learning turns into action. Learners can now create a resumé designed with applicant tracking systems in mind, edit it as their experience develops, download new versions whenever required, and have support queries prioritised by Alison’s customer support team.

A New Template Designed for New Ways of Hiring

Many employers use applicant tracking systems to organise applications before a recruiter reviews them. The new Alison Premium resumé template has been optimised for that process, giving Learners a clear format for presenting their experience, education, and skills.

The feature sits within Alison’s Resumé Builder, so that Learners can work on the document in the same broader career environment as their completed learning. It is intended to make application preparation feel more direct, with less time spent deciding how a professional resumé should be structured.

Unlimited Revisions Keep Applications Current

A resumé is rarely finished once. Job descriptions change, experience grows, and the most relevant skills differ from one application to the next. Alison Premium users can edit and download the ATS-friendly template as many times as they like. That flexibility makes it easier to maintain a current master version and create focused copies for specific opportunities.

The existing standard resumé templates remain available to non-Premium Learners. The new ATS-friendly option extends the choice available within Alison Premium while preserving free access to the core CV-building experience.

Priority Support Puts Premium Learners First in Line

Alison Premium Learners will now receive priority customer support, with their queries moved to the front of the queue for faster assistance.

Whether the issue relates to an account, subscription, or learning experience, the feature is designed to reduce the time Premium Learners spend waiting for help and get them back to what they were doing sooner.

Support remains available to all Alison Learners, with Premium members receiving priority handling as an additional subscription benefit.

Alison Premium Adds More Value Beyond Ad-Free Learning

These additions broaden what Learners get from Alison Premium. Alongside an uninterrupted, ad-free learning experience and additional discounts, members now have access to an ATS-friendly CV template for their job search and priority assistance when they need support.

The update reflects a wider focus for Alison Premium: adding benefits that are useful not only while Learners study, but also when they put their learning to work.
