We first introduce you to youth work and delve into group dynamics by exploring youth and group work. We then discuss social care and identify mental health issues common among youth and explain how to handle them. The course examines the responsibilities of youth leaders and focuses on topics like safeguarding, internet safety and effective communication skills. This training prepares you to empower young people and help them to help others.
