ISO 9001:2015 QMS Execution and Auditing Techniques

The ISO 9001 standard is part of the ISO 9000 family of quality management system standards that organisations use to determine their ability to regularly provide products and services that meet customer and other stakeholders' needs. ISO 9001:2015, the latest version, has been upgraded with several new elements to move companies to a higher level of excellence.
