Saheli Basu is from India. She earned a Bachelor's degree in the field of computer applications and is pursuing a Master's degree in public administration. She is also an author, developer and designer who finds the intersection of learning and technology fascinating, and is thoroughly involved in transforming lives through education.
She participated as a campus representative of prestigious Indian institutions like BITS Pilani (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) and IIT Bombay (Indian Institute of Technology) as an undergraduate intern and in other areas of public relations during her studies. She was involved with the community-powered fashion platform Polyvore as a catalogue creator from 2013 to 2018, creating more than 1 000 designs. She was honoured with the title of 'Style Icon' in 2015, winning around a dozen trophies in the contests conducted on the global platform.
