Understanding Human Growth and Development

This course aims to help you to understand each phase of the process of human growth and development. It starts with explanations of the different domains in this process. Next, you will review different aspects of safeguarding vulnerable individuals. In addition, you will also learn about various types of abuse, neglect, restrictive practice, discriminatory and institutional abuse. The final section will help you understand the training assessment and needs analysis for support workers in detail.
