Marceau Frederic Dauboin is a half-French, half-South African professional chef from Cape Town in South Africa who began cooking and baking as a hobby in his early teens until 2019 when he opened The Yeastie Bois, his own artisanal bakery.
Since then, he has worked as a chef on world-famous superyachts such as the Kismet and has written three cookbooks on making some of his favourite breads, meals and desserts.
He intends to share his passion for delicious food with people from around the world and to assist in starting their culinary journey right away.
