This module continues the discussion of the requirements of the Standard. Child labor, forced/compulsory labor is introduced followed by the Standards demand to overcome these practices. Moreover, the module discusses what the Standard contains about health and safety of the employees, freedom of association of the workers, treatment of workers/personnel, discrimination in any way possible with the workers, working hours, and the basic rights of an employee, for example, distribution of wages.
