What was your first course on Alison, and why did you choose it?

My first course on Alison was Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) – The Science of Reprogramming Your Mind. I chose this course because it was a course focused on human behaviour and the mind. I couldn’t find such a course on any other online learning platform. It was available exclusively on Alison.
