I successfully uncovered and investigated funds and stock misappropriation, unauthorized access to customer records, identity theft and money laundering. This helped eliminate company services abuse, apprehend identity thieves and Money launderers. I also appeared as an expert witness before different courts of Law to give evidence for cases investigated by Botswana Police Service and Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime. Reviewed fraud management policies and procedures and took a country tour teaching Mascom staff and third parties about fraud, and how to prevent and detect it, this led to staff being able to notice potential fraud and reporting it. I made assessments and recommendations that led to enhancements in the CCTV coverage, eliminating blind spots at shops, and around headquarters. I also implemented a system that monitored all CCTV equipment to detect tempering and faults. I was also part of the project team that sort to secure Mascom network sites nationwide, an initiative that reduced sites vandalism and equipment theft, leading to the reduction of replacement costs.
