All Alison learner Profiles are set to private by default. This means that your friends, family, or potential employers will not be able to find your Profile if they search for you. However, many Alison learners have chosen to make their Alison Profiles visible. You can too! It’s a great way to showcase your skills and achievements to recruiters worldwide. I access Alison via my computer: To change your Profile settings, simply login to your Alison account and go to your Profile . Toggle the button in the Visibility box to make it either private or public, as shown in the screenshot below. You can use the Alison website in different languages. To change the language, click on your profile icon, then select Language , and choose your preferred language. The Alison App is available in English only. We will definitely try to incorporate new languages during the next phases of the app development. How do I add or change my profile picture?

Adding or changing your profile picture is an easy process and can be done in a few steps. I access Alison via my computer: Login to your Alison account and go to your Dashboard . Click on your profile photo icon and select Change Photo as shown in the screenshot below. Find the image you want to use as your profile picture and select Open . The image will be automatically updated in your Profile. I access Alison via my Mobile Browser: Login to your Alison account and select your Profile . Look for your name at the top of the page, and click on the pen icon as shown in the screenshot below. Click on your profile photo icon and select Change Photo as shown in the screenshot below. Find the image you want to use as your profile picture and select Open . The image will be automatically updated in your Profile. I access Alison via App: Click on Dashboard at the bottom of the page. Premium Subscription cancelation

With Alison Premium, there is no minimum term, so you can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel it, you will still receive the benefits that you have paid for until the end of the current subscription month. You have two ways to cancel your subscription: either through your Profile or by contacting the Alison support team. To cancel your Premium subscription through your Alison Account, please follow the instructions below: Login to your Alison Account Go to your Account settings Select Cancel Premium Membership If you cancel the 1-year Premium subscription, you won't be charged for future months. However, Alison will keep the fee for each month you've used until the cancellation date, and you'll pay an amount equivalent to the cost of the Premium Monthly subscription for that period.
