With Alison Premium, there is no minimum term, so you can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel it, you will still receive the benefits that you have paid for until the end of the current subscription month.

You have two ways to cancel your subscription: either through your Profile or by contacting the Alison support team.

To cancel your Premium subscription through your Alison Account, please follow the instructions below:

• Login to your Alison Account

• Go to your Account settings

• Select Cancel Premium Membership

If you cancel your Premium Monthly subscription, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. After that, you will not be charged automatically on your renewal date. Your renewal date is the date that you first subscribed to Premium. You will still receive the benefits of Premium for the remaining period of your billing cycle, ie. until your subscription renewal date.

If you would like to resubscribe, you can do so through your Account settings or the Alison Shop after your renewal date.

As a Premium Monthly subscriber, you are automatically billed each payment cycle on the same date that you subscribed.

For Alison Premium learners, your subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account every billing cycle. This will occur on the same date, starting with the day you first paid to upgrade your Alison account.

To confirm when your next payment is due, please check your Account Settings.

You can also change your Premium payment information or billing date. You will need to cancel your Premium subscription and resubscribe on the date you would like to be billed on. If you cancel before your current billing cycle ends, the cancellation won't take effect until the cycle is over. You won't be able to resubscribe until the cycle ends either.

If there is an issue with your monthly payment, you will receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. If you would like to continue being a subscriber, you can resubscribe through your Account Settings or the Premium Shop.

As a Premium subscriber, you will receive a 10% discount on a Certificate or Diploma purchase every month. Your 10% discount can be applied in the Alison Shop when you purchase a Certificate or Diploma once you complete a course.

The discounts you receive as a Premium subscriber will never expire, so you can use them anytime. Even if you choose to cancel your subscription, you will never lose the unredeemed discounts you received as a Premium subscriber.

You can view your available discounts in your Account settings anytime.

You can start enjoying the benefits of Alison Premium as soon as you have successfully subscribed to it. To do so, you can choose between one of the following options:

Premium Monthly

• Removes adverts from the whole site for a month.

Premium for 1 Year

• Removes adverts from the whole site for a year.

Your Premium subscription fee will be deducted every billing cycle from the payment method you provided when you subscribed to Alison Premium.
