I cannot request payment - the button is not active. What is the issue?
We apologise that you are having difficulty with redeeming your payments. Let us help you walk through the process.
It is possible that the button is inactive due to one of the following reasons.
Your earnings must reach 100 Euros before the button will become active. Please keep sharing your link so that you can reach this goal.
You may have already requested payment and we are actively working on processing your payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter!
Our technical team has flagged suspected fraudulent behaviour on our account. It looks like artificially inflated ad clicks have resulted in a spike in advertising revenue generated by your account. Your Affiliate payments will be frozen while we look into the matter.
How do I receive payment?
Alison Affiliates receive 20% of the revenue generated by the new learners they bring to our website.
Remind your friends to register on Alison through your unique link, so that you can start earning.
Payment can be processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer. You can choose your preferred payment method and add your payment details, at any time, on your Affiliate Dashboard.
Your earnings will accumulate in your Affiliate account. Once you have earned €100 or more, you can simply request payment and we will pay you.
If you have earned more than €100, you can claim your payment by going to your Affiliate Dashboard and opening the Your Earnings tab. Then, click on the Request Payment button, as shown below:
Select a payment option and enter your payment information.
It can take up to 15 days for your payment to be processed so please be patient.

How can I track my Affiliate progress?
Once you share Affiliate links, you’ll want to track your stats to see the performance of your efforts. Your Dashboard is filled with easy-to-use graphs and tables that give you a snapshot of how well your Affiliate links have been doing over the past month, quarter or any other time period.
In addition to the performance data, you are also able to see the links that you have shared, and how often they have been clicked.
All of this information can help you focus your marketing strategies to ensure that you get the best results from your affiliate activities.
May I invite users to use the Alison App?
For the best results, we recommend that new users register on our website using a web browser. This is because Affiliate links are only supported within web browsers. However, once they have signed up to Alison via your unique link on a browser, they can then download the App and continue their studies there.
