Managers purchase digital certificates for team members. If you wish to upgrade this to a hard copy or a framed certificate, click on the 'Upgrade Certificate' option in the 'Course Completion & Certificates' tab.

After successfully completing a course and, if necessary, purchasing a certificate, you should receive your digital certificate immediately via automated email and on your dashboard within the ‘Course Completions & Certificates’ tab.

If you choose to upgrade to a hard copy or framed certificate, delivery times may vary based on shipping and processing.

Certificates can be obtained in a couple of ways.

If you wish to purchase a certificate for yourself, navigate to the 'Courses Completed & Certificates' tab, locate the specific course, and click on the 'Claim Certificate' button which will direct you to the Alisoin shop.

Alternatively, you can access the shop by selecting 'Get Certificates' on the sidebar to the left.

Your manager might also purchase certificates for team members, which they may wish to allocate to you.

After completing a course, you'll have the opportunity to purchase a printed or digital Certificate. Regardless of your purchase decision, you can always view your stats and achievements within your Learner Report, or for a comprehensive review, access your detailed learner record in your account settings by selecting 'Download learner record'.

All your completed courses, along with grades, time taken, and completion date can be viewed under the 'Completing Courses & Certificates' tab.

For a detailed overview of your monthly learning stats, click on the Learner Report in the sidebar on the left.

If you decide you no longer want study reminders, go back to the 'Set-up Study Reminders' section in your dashboard. From here, you can toggle off the reminders for specific courses or turn off all reminders at once.

To set up Study Reminders, navigate to your main dashboard and simply click on the 'Study Reminder' widget. You'll be asked to choose the day of the week and time when you'd like to be reminded to study. When you're happy with what you entered, click the button 'Save Study Reminder.'

Study reminders are notifications you can set up to help you stay on track with your learning. They act as a personal alarm, nudging you to study or complete a task at the times you've specified. Making a study plan and sticking to it is the key to completing your course and getting certified. Set study reminders to help you stay on track.

The 'Other Assignments' link provides a list of all the Learning Paths and courses created by the LMS manager for your organisation. Even if they're not directly assigned to you, you can view them. You also have the option to assign these paths or courses to yourself, which will then appear under the 'Self-Enrollment' tab.

No. If your manager has purchased certificates, they won't be applied to 'self-enrolled' courses. If you want a certificate for such a course, you'll have to purchase it yourself.

You can also request to be assigned learning by your manager, which could be eligible for a pre-purchased certificate if any are available. There are two ways you can do this:

The 'Self-Enrollments' tab showcases the courses you have personally chosen to enroll in from Alison's platform, separate from what's been assigned by your manager.

Your progress and grades from these courses will not be visible to your manager.

Yes, you can complete your courses even after the due date. However, it's always best to check with your manager regarding any implications for completing courses past their deadlines.

If you find that no learning has been assigned to you, there are two ways to notify your manager.

Individually assigned Courses are standalone courses specifically assigned to a learner by the manager. These can either be part of a learning path or independent courses beneficial for the learner.

Learning Paths are a curated set of courses designed to help you achieve proficiency in a specific area or skill. They are typically assigned by managers to guide a learner through a series of interconnected topics or skills.

The 'Assigned to You' tab is where you can review all the learning assignments given to you. Those may be Learning Paths, aimed at helping you to master a particular topic, or individual assigned Courses. Depending on your manager's choice, each course might have a specific deadline or a flexible one.

You can begin a Learning Path or a Course from your “Assigned to You” tab, to start upskilling today.
