This English course aims to cement your knowledge of this international language by examining all the expressions related to fitness and exercise. You can talk about topics such as diet, healthy and unhealthy habits, and calories, amongst other terms associated with this subject area. We provide examples of how exercise should be part of a healthy daily routine. Once you have learned the vocabulary related to diet and fitness, we will show you how to use this knowledge practically while exploring the grammar sections.
