Suman Anna Mathews is the owner of Math Made Easy, a company focused on publishing courses in a simplified way to help students learn more easily and overcome their fear of maths. He has more than 30 years' experience teaching mathematics at college and high school level. He has completed a double master's in Mathematics from Mumbai University in India, after which he began teaching maths at the college level for 10 years. For over the past 20 years, he has been teaching maths at the high school level.
Suman has a passion for teaching and most of his students have developed a liking for maths and moved to pursue further studies in maths-related fields. He has helped many students develop simple strategies to improve their scores and understanding of mathematics. Currently, he teaches the ISC (Indian School Certificate) and CBSE maths syllabus in India. He also publishes courses and other materials that help students understand maths better.
Over the past few years, Suman has been working on developing maths content for students who may not be able to afford full-time tutoring. These courses are topic-based and rich in content. He hopes to eliminate the phobia of math that many have through these courses. They are mainly for high school maths, with a few college courses in between.
