How can I redeem my pre-purchased Digital Certificate or Diploma?
After you have completed your course, you can redeem your Certificate against your course and download it immediately.
Go to the Dashboard, choose Unclaimed Certificates:
If you have completed more than one course, you can choose which course you would like to redeem your purchase against.
You can download Certificates from My Certificates in your Dashboard, as shown in the example below:
You will then be able to download your Digital Certificate and Diploma.
