This course begins by teaching you how to create a start-up business. You will learn that you have to make meaning in your company and that you must not do a mission statement as a start-up but instead do a mantra because it's only three or four words. You will learn that it has to focus on the company, easy for people to remember, and capture the essence of your organization. You will also learn that you have to think differently, build the product or service that you love, and not be afraid to polarize people.
You will then study the qualities of a business model. This course will teach you how to weave your MAT which stands for milestones, assumptions, and tasks. You will learn that you have to make an outline of your priorities and know your niche. This course will also discuss the importance of making a great pitch and why you should lower your barriers to adoption. You will also look into soulmates, evangelists, and more!
Guy Kawasaki gives important lessons about entrepreneurship. Upon the completion of this course, you will gain a better understanding of the importance of mantras, getting going, defining a business model, and creating a niche for your company.
