LaTorie Martin has held senior engineering positions at several well-known companies, including Google, Yamaha, Honda, Southwire, Hoshizaki, and Boars Head. She has facilitated process development and training activities in multiple industries like automobile, cooling, injection moulding, metal manufacture, cables, and computer hardware. Before her start-up, she was a corporate quality manager at a prominent electrical wiring and cabling manufacturer, where she travelled to execute supplier quality audits, gap analyses and corrective measures. LaTorie graduated from the University of Dayton in the USA with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. She has then enrolled at the University of West Georgia in the US to pursue a second Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish to become multilingual and expand her business internationally. She's an expert in Six Sigma, ISO 9001 lead auditing, root cause analysis, Lean manufacturing, engineering ergonomics, and world-class manufacturing training.
