What support do I have from Alison while publishing a course?
If you assume the role of a Course Creator, a dedicated Publishing Account Manager (PAM) will be assigned to assist, advise, and review your course. On the other hand, if you choose the path of an Assisted Course Creator, an experienced Publishing Content Manager (PCM) will guide you through the process.
Our marketing team will actively promote every course, yet collaborative efforts enhance effectiveness. Thus, we encourage Course Creators to participate in promoting their content. Recognising that not everyone may possess marketing expertise, we have developed a collection of user-friendly marketing templates to facilitate the promotion of your courses on social media.
