The nervous system has three major subdivisions. These are the central nervous system(CNS), the peripheral nervous system(PNS), the autonomic nervous system (ANS). This course will teach you the physiology of the central nervous system. You will study the anatomy and function of spinal nerves and learn how to use a standardized neurological assessment scale, such as the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS).
