Leaving Certificate Project Maths - Ordinary Level - Revised
This free online maths course covers the Irish Junior Certificate (Ordinary Level) Project Maths Syllabus.
Description
This course is for students interested in studying the Project Maths Ordinary Level Course for the Irish Leaving Certificate or just furthering their knowledge and skill in Mathematics. This course provides students with videos on all the Ordinary Level topics in one location listed by module and topic.
The course starts off with teaching the learner about calculating probability and working out the statistics of different math problems/questions. Then it goes into the shape, size, length of sides, angles and relative position of figures/objects with geometry and trigonometry. Along with teaching the learner about arithmetic or financial maths, so you can workout your PRSI, net profit, take home pay and more. The first section then finishes off by teaching you about calculating the length, area and volume of different objects.
The second section starts off with introducing you to algebra and what it is, teaching you about processes need to work out algebraic equations. Next you will learn about solving various different types of algebraic equations working with inequalities. After which you will learn about manipulating complex numbers, the meaning of i and imaginary numbers. In the functions module you will learn about how to solve functions and plot them on graphs. The last module will teach you about working out the differentiation, and the second derivative, along with rules and important formulas for calculus.
