Robert Klonoski is a former university professor who has taught business and professional studies at a variety of prestigious institutions, including Mary Baldwin Universityâs College of Business in the United States. While teaching at Mary Baldwin, he wrote the curriculum for the MBA programme. After over a decade in education, he went on to become a successful entrepreneur and also worked in the financial services industry for Citigroup and JP Morgan Chase.
A published author, Prof Klonoski's areas of research include work motivation, organisational behavior, human resource management and organisational governance. His business expertise is the result of his own first-hand industry experience and his impressive academic record, which includes degrees in law and management, a master's in business, and a doctorate in management.
