Randy Frazer is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Professional Food Consultation Services. He has worked in the food and pharmaceutical industries in Jamaica and the United States for over ten years, utilizing his expertise in manufacturing operations, FDA regulations, and various food safety and quality management systems. Randy acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
As a leading food industry consultant, Randy has assisted many small food manufacturers outside of the US with their regulatory compliance needs, including FDA food facility registrations, FCE-SID Assistance, food label compliance, and the development of several food safety management programs. He has also helped numerous manufacturers and food industry entrepreneurs source and procure food equipment, ingredients, packaging, and other industrial supplies. Using his hands-on experience and industry knowledge, Randy started PFCS Online Training in 2022 to provide online food safety training for food industry workers and job seekers. PFCS Online Training currently offers training courses focusing on food safety, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training, Food Allergen Awareness Training, and Basic HACCP Training.
Randy is also the Food Safety & Quality Lab Manager at Villari Food Group, where he oversees the company's microbiological, quality testing, and equipment calibration requirements. In 2023, Randy started the Caribbean Food Industry Network, a LinkedIn group aiming to connect, recognize, and uplift food industry workers across the English-speaking Caribbean.
