Steve King has a B.Sc. degree in Health and Human Services and is a registered clinical C=counsellor. He has worked in the fields of stockbroking, private investigation, hospitality management, child-care and was a court service Justice of the Peace.
King has online learning courses on the issues of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), authenticity and addiction. His awards include being named Citizen of the Year in 1987 and winning the Downtown Rotary Club’s Good Citizen Award, the Sports Leadership Award in 2001 and the Sports BC (British Columbia in Canada) President’s Award in 2004. In 2012 he was inducted into the Athletics BC Hall of Fame.
Steve has worked at Pathways Addictions Resource Centre in Penticton, Canada since 1989 and has authored two books on energy psychology and PTSD entitled, `Rapid Recovery: Accelerated Information Processing and Healing' and 'PTSD: Cleaning and Clearing Shock and Trauma'. He has also authored ’12 Steps to Authenticity’ and ‘The Book of Existential Questions’.
