As part of the recruitment sales management team you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales professionals who are responsible for selling recruitment staffing services to clients . The goal is to generate revenue by securing new clients , maintain relationships with existing clients & achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities:
Recruiters will work closely with department managers & the HR department in the organization in order to achieve sales targets. In addition to these duties there is also the day to day responsibility to:
Demonstrate the ability to establish sales targets for the team based on the organization's goals & visions.
Establish and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and increase revenue. This may involve market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
Manage the sales department budget, including expenses related to sales activities, travel, and marketing.
Demonstrate the ability to be able to negotiate in high-level negotiations with clients, especially for large contracts and deals. Ensure that contracts are favorable to the company while meeting the client's needs.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and address any concerns or issues.
Provide leadership & guidance to the sales team. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives. Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Maintain regular communication with department managers & the HR team reviewing sales targets through regular meetings and reporting.These reports should include key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and progress toward sales targets.
Adhere to personal data privacy regulations. Ensure that all sales activities and contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing , human resources management or related field.
Previous experience in sales tools and CRM software.
Several years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience of leading and managing a team. Demonstrate the ability to clear goals and targets for the sales team and track progress.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with both the sales team and clients.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to assess market opportunities, competition, and client needs.
The ability to demonstrate strong decision-making & negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge & understanding of , compliance, relevant labor laws and regulations.
