Job Responsibilities:
Review and study all research in detail and ensure you have all necessary tools / software before testing begins.
Conduct and interpret psychometric tests showing the ability to administer a variety of individual or group tests including those for interest, personality, achievement and aptitude.
Manage and organize psychometric assessments, including interviews, job simulations, and other performance assessments.
Keep record and maintain all information from psychometric test results. Ensure all information is recorded in a timely manner & treated with strict confidence adhering to compliance & regulations.
Prove clear & accurate feedback & guidance on any results done through testing.
Analyze results and identify exercises for treatments.
Design and conduct research studies on specific topics in order to keep up with current treatment methods.
Provide training to all employees in the company's assessment tools and procedures. Be open to attend any training sessions, seminars & conferences which will enable you to learn more about psychological treatments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology psychology, education, statistics, or a related field.
Should have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past 2 years. Experience in research, statistics, or educational assessment preferred.
Excellent communication & people skills. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Have a strong understanding of Research and Analysis. Have the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and interpret results to improve testing and assessment processes.
Experience using computers with software for test development and analysis, as well as database management.
Demonstrate excellent accuracy & attention to details skills as this is crucial in testing & assessments.
Demonstrate the ability to be open to Continuous Learning & demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Psychometricians should stay updated with the latest developments & research in the field of psychometrics and provide training to any staff where necessary.
