Created in 2011, Math Planet is an online resource that aims to spread knowledge of mathematics for free. Content is produced with a focus on the United States' high school math curriculum but as the language of numbers is universal, their courses are applicable everywhere and of value to learners worldwide.
Math Planet is a resource created by Mattecentrum, a Swedish non-profit organisation that provides free help to math students around the world. Mattecentrum's goal is to promote equal knowledge acquisition of the subject, regardless of your circumstances, and to increase interest in mathematics and other STEM subjects globally. The organisation is run by an online community of over 500 active volunteers.
Math Planet have teamed up with Alison to reach a global audience and provide them with access to quality learning materials that will help foster not just knowledge, but the love of this endlessly fascinating subject.
