    To assign scheduling privilege in Zoomlog in to your Zoom account at zoom.us,click on the My Meeting Settings tab, andscroll down to Schedule Privilege.Click Add next to Assign scheduling privilegeto and enter the email address of theperson that you want to assignscheduling privilege to. Click Assign andthis person will then be able toschedule Zoom meetings for you. To assignscheduling privilege in Outlook, openOutlook. Go to Preferences, AccountsAdvanced, and Delegates. To add a delegateclick the plus sign and find the personthat you want to assign schedulingprivilege to. Click ok and then finish byclicking ok again. You will then be ableto schedule for this person. In Outlook,to schedule a Zoom meeting on behalf of someoneelse open the shared calendar and clicknew meeting. In the front field choose aperson you want to schedule for and thenclick Add Zoom Meeting. You should thensee that you are now scheduling for thatperson. Confirm the settings and clickcontinue; the meeting details should thenpopulate. You can then add any recipientsas well as any Zoom Roomsor room resources.Once you verify the date and the time, goahead and click on send. The meeting willnow appear on the calendar as well as onyour upcoming meetings list.
