We are seeking a Head of Brand and Integrated Marketing to drive our B2C business across all areas of empowerment services we provide.Senior leadership position requiring candidates to lead operational execution but also contribute to strategic development with the senior team across all areas of the business. The nature of the business is highly analytical so experience, ability and comfort in working in a high data driven business is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Implement brand & integrated marketing strategies aligned with Company objectives
- Refine and expand user segments and market positionings
- Enhance channel and budget allocation strategy
- Refine and enhance KPIs and performance metrics across the marketing funnel
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Drive CAC, LTV, retention and conversion rates.
- Manage performance budgets and ROI reporting
Lifecycle & Engagement
- Improve onboarding, activation and user engagement
- Drive integrated marketing opportunities across the business.
Brand & Messaging
- Refine brand positioning and value proposition
- Ensure consistency across all marketing communications
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and drive capabilities of direct reports and their teams
- Contribute to upskilling and driving capacity across peer groups.
- Foster a data-driven and commercially focused culture
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of senior marketing experience
- Experience of building B2C, SaaS, or Platform high-volume digital businesses
- Strong background in performance marketing and digital acquisition
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and delivering measurable growth
- Strong analytical capability with experience in funnel optimisation and cohort analysis
- Commercial mindset with understanding of unit economics
