Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance a suite of automated reports and dashboards than enable us to effectively manage our business

• Identify KPIs within the business and ensure that they are measurable with achievable targets

• Use advanced analytics practises to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data

• Work as part of a cross-functional team delivering actionable insights from data to drive positive business outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Degree level education in a relevant field

• Excellent problem solving ability

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proactive and forward thinking

• Strong knowledge of and experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Apache Superset, Quicksight)

• Databases (MySQL, Postgres, BigQuery etc)

• Experience with ETL tools like Pentaho

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

• Extensive Google Analytics, AdSense, Firebase experience

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to senior management

• Visualisation skills

• Experience working with large and complex datasets

• B2C product experience
