Yes. The “Assign a Test” pop-up supports multi-select bulk actions from the Team Members tab using the All Actions dropdown. The total number of assigned tests will be automatically deducted from your balance.

When a learner is removed from a group:

• Any assigned test (regardless of attempt status) stays in the learner’s profile.

• The test is no longer associated with the group and becomes an individual assessment.

• You will still see the test listed under the learner’s Profile → Psychometrics tab, and it will continue to display as assigned.

• These tests do not get credited back to your test balance.

The same logic as removing a user applies:

• Any previously assigned psychometric tests (started or not) are retained on the learner’s profile as individual assessments.

• These tests will not be removed from the learner’s view and will not be added back to your remaining test balance.

• Deleting the group does not impact the total count of assessments already used.

No. Once a test has been assigned—whether it’s started or not—it stays with the learner as an individual assessment, even if the learner is:

• Removed from a group where the assignment was made

• Or deactivated from the LMS

The test will not be removed from the learner’s profile or returned to your test balance. This avoids confusion with your monthly test allocation limits and ensures assessments are consistently tracked and maintained as part of historical data.

Yes. You can assign courses based on test performance in two ways:

• From the Manage Psychometrics Suite, within a test pill → Assign Course

• From the learner’s profile under the Psychometrics tab → under each test’s “Help {Learner Name}” section via the ‘+’ icon on each course card

Yes. You can use the All Actions dropdown on the profile overview or within the Psychometrics tab to open the “Assign a Test” pop-up.

You’ll receive a notification in the Recent Activity block prompting you to upgrade your plan in order to assign the test.

You’ll be prompted to upgrade to LMS+ Growth, Pro, or Enterprise to unlock Psychometric Suite access and assign tests.

No. Learners can only request test assignments. The manager must confirm the request before the test is assigned and deducted from your balance.
