Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Spanish-language course content
- Localize English marketing content (emails, ads, landing pages, etc.) for Spanish-speaking audiences, ensuring both linguistic and cultural accuracy
- Work with the design team to adapt creative assets for Spanish-speaking markets
- Coordinate with the Spanish Translation team to prioritize course promotions and provide marketing input on translated content
- Conduct audience segmentation and competitor analysis for Spanish-speaking markets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and marketing leads to support cross-functional projects
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and Spanish-speaking user behavior
- Identify and communicate process improvements or market-specific challenges
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with international or multilingual campaign experience
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools/platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Experience in content localization or transcreation
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfortable analyzing marketing data and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional, remote or international team is a plus
- Knowledge of the Spanish-speaking education or edtech market is a plus
