As Ad Operations Specialist, you will develop and optimize our on-site advertising operations and revenue.
You will optimise our on-site advertising operations (currently based around Google Ad Manager (GAM)). You will implement, test and analyse various price floor optimization techniques. You will use the tools and technical capabilities available to you to constantly optimise our on-site advertising and improve our return. You will report your results to your stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
You will work together with our Tech Department and colleagues within the Marketing Department to expand our on-site ad offering, potentially expanding into affiliate marketing. You will work together with our Platform team to optimize ad placement - in order to maximize ad revenue without compromising our user experience. You should have extensive experience in the technical implementation of on-site advertising, specifically Google Ad Manager. You should have experience in optimizing on-site advertising revenue, up to and including working with affiliate marketing networks, reaching out to marketing agencies and individual advertisers for on-site advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, creative, and organized growth marketer who is able to jump in, work independently and make an immediate impact. You should have good troubleshooting skills and a strong attention to detail. We need someone with the ability to work independently and a desire to constantly improve. In short; we need someone who never sits still.
