How do I unsubscribe from Alison mailing lists?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, we understand! However, please consider that when you do this, you will miss out on our Sale updates that are sent out via email, and you may miss out on a discounted offer.
If you would still like to unsubscribe, here is how you can go about doing so.
To unsubscribe from Alison emails, simply log in to your Alison account and head to your Account Settings. There, you'll find the Email Subscriptions section where you can easily manage your preferences.
On the page that opens, you can choose which types of emails you'd like to receive or unsubscribe from specific mailing lists.

This feature is not available in the Alison App yet. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are doing everything we can to bring it to you as soon as possible. For now, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails by logging into your account via a web browser.
What information can other users see on my profile?
All Alison learner Profiles are set to private by default. This means that your friends, family, or potential employers will not be able to find your Profile if they search for you.
However, many Alison learners have chosen to make their Alison Profiles visible. You can too! It’s a great way to showcase your skills and achievements to recruiters worldwide.
This feature is not available in the Alison App yet. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are doing everything we can to bring it to you as soon as possible. For now, you can make your Alison Profile visible by logging into your account via a web browser.
How to change the language on Alison?
You can use the Alison website in different languages. To change the language, click on your profile icon, then select Language, and choose your preferred language.
The Alison App is available in English only. We will definitely try to incorporate new languages during the next phases of the app development.
How do I add or change my profile picture?
Adding or changing your profile picture is an easy process and can be done in a few steps.
Look for your name at the top of the page, and click on the pen icon as shown in the screenshot below.
Click on your profile photo icon and select Change Photo as shown in the screenshot below.
Find the image you want to use as your profile picture and select Open. The image will be automatically updated in your Profile.
We apologise that this feature is not yet available in the App. However, we are doing everything we can to bring it to you as soon as possible. For now, you can update your profile picture by logging into your account via a web browser.
