Russia is one of the most prospective countries for development Online Education. This opinion expressed in conversation with the correspondent TASS famous Irish businessman, Mike Feerick, the founder of the Internet platform Alison.

Previously, this site, in which open access are laid out, hundreds specialized courses and even you can take the exam and get a Diploma, was awarded a prize UNESCO in the field of information-communication technologies. Feerick will be one of the keynote speakers at the international forum "Open Innovation ", which will begin in the Russian capital on October 28.

"With the help of a global network, people can get an education without dependence from the place of residence - whether it's a metropolis, as Moscow, or a small town in the province," he stated. In Feerick’s opinion, over time this will "improve socio-economic situation in the most remote regions of the country".
